Azure App Service is a service used to create and deploy scalable, mission-critical web apps.
Easiest thing may be to go to the app itself in the portal and check the sign -in logs for service principals

I just setup a certificate based authentication for an API access on Azure. I wonder where I can find the log for when the actual authentication occurs. The sign-in logs only show authentication for users but not for CBA.
