How to develop a web service(with javascript) for Office Docs Edits

Question

I am working for a civil engineering company in Korea(Dohwa Engineering Co., Ltd., 1,900 employees).

Currently, we are developing a web service for civil engineering in our engineer. And we are trying to implement a function for preview, edit and save(in our web service storage) MS Offic documents in our web service.

In addition to documents edit, we had a meeting with Autodesk Korea to implement the drawing preview and edit function using Autodesk Forge and BIM 360 service.

And we saw that the function of preview, editing and saving MS office documents was impplemented throug Forge Web service as shown in the attached image.

So, we are curious how we can implement such a function in our web service and if there are any MS engineers(or organizations) available to support engineerng problems in korea.
