Hi, I've installed the MARS agent and the vault credentials but the server will not register successfully. The following error appears: "Failed to set encryption key for secure backups"
What's going on and how do I fix it please?

- Is this happening for all encrypted backups?
- Is there enough free space on scratch volume? (By default, scratch folder is located at \Program Files\Microsoft Azure Recovery Services Agent\Scratch)
- Have you tried unregistering the server from the vault and registering it again with a new passphrase?
- Could you share a screenshot of the error?
