Problem after veryficaion in exam PL-900

Hello,
Today I had sheduled exam PL-900. Everything was okay with veryfication in OnVUE platform but after chat with person who checking my id photo and etc application was closed automatically on my laptop in the moment when i should start exam. For few second i saw some comunicat with code probably 101. This happend for me 2 times. Now I don't see this exam in my profile because it was schedule for past. Could you please verify this whats happend?
