MFA - get corellation ID error when trying disable user's MFA

I'm trying to disable MFA for a user who wiped her phone and is unable to authenticate.

When attempting to apply I get Correlation ID: 207ab0be-002c-4611-b46d-3f87239ccb52

I also tried getting the code sent: user never receives the sms

Please assist us.

    Could you please validate what account is not in the block list?

    Do you get any exact error message while trying to disable MFA? Can you please provide the exact steps where and how you do it and failure what you receive?
