Identity Secure Score Ensure all users can complete multifactor authentication

Hi All,

I am trying to increase my Identity Secure Score by 2 %. The 'ensure all users can complete multifactor authentication', score is currently at 6.5 out of 9. There are Azure Premium P1 and P2 licences in place on the tenancy.

In the Identity Protection, Multifactor authentication registration policy, All users is selected with one user excluded.
The 'Require Azure AD multifactor authentication registration', control is selected.

All users are forced to complete MFA using conditional access.

Why am I only getting 6.5 score out of possible score of 9?

Any suggestions for increasing the score would be appreciated.

    Let me confirm, are you referring to the "Protect all users with a sign-in risk policy" is not reflecting on Identity Secure Score?

    Is this one the same/similar scenario as you reporting: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/977277/index.html?

    We have it under the investigation by Product Group.
