Universal Print Billing

We are using cloud printing with Universal Print and we have used up all the included print jobs for the month. However, the reports page shows that more jobs have been printed than included in the pool:

So, how is that possible? I am not sure whether the jobs were actually delivered to the devices as I am not physically there but they do show up as completed. I thought that printing will stop once the pool is exhausted. How are these 4 jobs actually "billed"? Will they be deducted from the next month's pool?
