Azure Cognitive Services (Text Translate) does not properly translate into UTF-8 - Example language is Klingon

We're a SaaS company - Tallyfy - that has integrated real-time Azure language translation using the text-translate API - not the document-translate one.

On attempting to translate Klingon (granted - not exactly useful!) - we see this - a failure in character encoding. It doesn't appear to be in UTF-8 and I don't know how many other (more useful) languages this problems actually extends to:

    @Amit (Tallyfy) Thanks, if a Con-Script compliant font software is installed, you can read the output. Otherwise, you will see the rectangles. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klingon_scripts
    The rectangles are expected without the specific font software.
