Regarding my certificates (MCSE,MCP,MCSA )

Hello Team,

In 2018 I have completed my 5 exam of Windows Server 2012 Administration to achieve MCP, MCSA and MSCE certificates. Till 2020 I was able to see my all certificates but now I singed in after 2 year and unbale to see my all corticates, I checked "https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications/manage-certification-profile#access-and-update-your-certification-profile" Q&A secession but it did not help, when I am going into my profile there is no option to connect my Microsoft certification profile to learn profile (I am dam sure that this is the same account I used to view my passed certificates) also there is not certificate is showing in my profile. Please help me regarding this.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
