Hi everyone!

I'm facing a problem to log into my company azure account. I enter my password in the log in page correctly but then it asks for a code on the Microsoft Authenticator app. When trying to install the app, it also asks for a code in the Microsoft Authenticator app. So i'm pretty much stuck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

    Hello @Daniel D ,

This looks to me like you already have configured MFA for that account, and that is why is asking you to use the App. Did you change your phone recently?

Is there any other Administrator in your tenant, that can help you with your account? The administrator can click "Require re-register MFA" for your account, which will ask you to register your phone app again. Or they can simply disable MFA for your account.

Please let us know if this helped.

    Hi! Thanks for your questions.

No there's no administrator since it is a free account, I believe in this case i am the administrator... And, yes, i changed mi phone a few months after i registered the account. One curious detail is that I was able to change my password without problem, it sent a code to my email address, and offered me to do so for two addresses I registered, so I don't understand what's the problem with the login part.

    Greetings!
