Renew certification results in "Oops... something went wrong. Please reload the page to try again."

Question

Received email to renew Microsoft certification which results in following error -> "Oops... something went wrong. Please reload the page to try again." Multiple peers are having the same issue. Is there ETA for fix? I get this when clicking on the "Certifications" navigation link from Learn page.

Unfortunately MS Certifications is not supported on this forum.
