To troubleshoot you can use serial console, but there is no way to attach an ISO.
What problem exactly are you facing?
You can deallocate the disk, attach to another VM and also troubleshoot depending on the error.
Or download the VHD to the onpremise environment and attach in a Hyper-v, there you can attach some ISO if necessary.
