@Shiva Ravichandran , From the http error code, it seems the report is not there.

To clarify the issue, could you collect the following information to us:

Could you let us know the SCOM version?

Did it affect all the reports under SCOM? If not, could you let us know what is the affected report? Could you get a screen shot to better understand it?

Please go to Report Server Configuration Manager and check if the Web Portal URL and Web Service URL to see if they are accessible.

if they are accessible, check if the reports are under Web Portal URL.
