How do i get my Facebook code from my authenticator after losing my phone and not being able to access Facebook?

I lost my phone canoeing and now I can't access Facebook or messenger without a QR code. I didn't write them down as I didn't know what they were. I have all the passwords in my newly downloaded app and WhatsApp is working but I don't know how to add Facebook again.
Facebook have no customer support that I can find and I've added my ID loads of times now and it continually says this function isn't available.
Please someone help!

    Hi,

    The process is to restore from backup, hope you had backup configured in the phone check the steps here - back-up-and-recover-account-credentials-in-the-authenticator-app-bb939936-7a8d-4e88-bc43-49bc1a700a40

    I did have back up set up and all of my passwords for all other apps are there but the Facebook codes aren't. These are the ones I need. Any advice to get them?
