How to create a chatbot to make a live webchat in website? Any solution from Azure?

The Bot Framework Web Chat component is a highly customizable web-based client for the Bot Framework V4 SDK. The Bot Framework SDK v4 enables developers to model conversation and build sophisticated bot applications.

2.Power Virtual Agents https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/fundamentals-what-is-power-virtual-agents

Power Virtual Agents lets you create powerful AI-powered chatbots for a range of requests—from providing simple answers to common questions to resolving issues requiring complex conversations. Engage with customers and employees in multiple languages across websites, mobile apps, Facebook, Microsoft Teams, or any channel supported by the Azure Bot Framework.
