Authenticator app crashing

My Authenticator app keeps crashing. I can’t sign-in to my outlook.

Thank you, yes. I have. However, I can't re-setup my account because it's still crashing. I had to create a new log in even to reply to you because I can't sign-in to anything. I briefly get the screen where it wants me to enter my credentials but then it crashes.

I'm having the same issue when trying to add my work account. Initially it was to add my email to outlook and when it would take me to authenticator to verify the account it would crash. I then deleted the app, reinstalled it, and restarted my phone and now when trying to add my business account to the Microsoft authenticator account it still crashes when I try and log in on my business' login page.

I’ve found out that I can’t re-install the app because I need my workplace to re-set my account to a “set-up” mode. One of my workplaces did this and I now have access to my work email for that workplace. However, since it’s the weekend, my other workplace hasn’t gotten back to me yet. Thus far, no crashing for the workplace that was re-setup.

I am having the same issue. Every time I try to sign in to Microsoft 365 to verify on the Authenticator app, I get a split second look at the Authenticator app and it crashes.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I’m still having the same issue.
