How to force delete Management Groups with contributer access or Add Owner role to the specific Management Groups?

I created two Management Groups and in both of them I was "Owner". ( Management Group 1 and Management Group 2)
In "Management Group 2", I added User2 as a "Contributor" role in Access Control(IAM). Unfortunately, I deleted my "Owner" role from Access Control(IAM) by mistake. :(
Now, with my account, I couldn't see this Management Group and User2 can see but the access is limited. It can't add any role or delete this Management Group.
I want to know, is there any way or solution to delete or role-back my "Owner" role?

    Hi,

If you are Global Admin you can elevate your access rights to manage all subscriptions and management groups:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/role-based-access-control/elevate-access-global-admin

After that you will see and manage all Management Groups from your account.

    Hope this helps!
