We are using Android for Enterprise Fully Managed Devices and have a restriction policy that blocks various settings including Bluetooth, this policy is assigned to a dynamic group which targets 'all' users. However we have a requirement to enable Bluetooth on Android devices for some users. I have created a new restriction policy and the Bluetooth option is set to 'not configured' but this is not working.

How can I allow Bluetooth for some users via Intune?

Hi @Kamran Ahmed Thanks for posting in our Q&A.
Please add an excluded group to the original restriction policy that contains users who need to enable Bluetooth. such as:

More details about excluded groups please refer to: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/apps-inc-exl-assignments

    Hi Kamran.

    1) Create a group for exclusion > add users (ex. group_allow_bluetooth)
    2) Add this group to exclision in the main policy where Bluetooth is blocked
    3) Add this group for assignment in the policy where Bluetooth allowed.

    Thank you for information.

The policy that is blocking Bluetooth is the main policy that is also blocking other features on Android, if i put this in the 'exclusion' then wouldn't these other features re-enable?
