Two domain names and different email addresses

I am very new at this. I recently opened an Microsoft 365 Business Standard account for use with one organization. I managed to make it through the setup while still learning about the many features. I have a second organization with a different domain name, and I am looking for a way to set up, at the very least, a custom email address for the second organization. I have no clue how to proceed and the instructions are honestly confusing.
