Power automate flow mark completion of job

Hello,

I am having trouble creating a completion of a job via email in power automate. I am using Forms to fill out the job to my IT department and using power automate to send the email with the details of the job. I want to have an option to have IT send a email that to job has been completed. Is there a way to have this set up. I was looking to try and modify the approval flow or looking at a wait condition or a do until loop. Any suggestions? Any help would be much appreciated

You can try Automated cloud flow with following trigger

Assign IT Team Task and send email when its marked as completed.
