Certification Profile problem

Question

Hello, i had an other profile on learn microsoft where i booked an exam - still didn't pass it - and i have a certificate i passed with certiport with my gmail ... now I use this profile where i have passed couple of certificates ... can i link this exam and the certificate i passed to this profile ????!!!!!

Other one i have booked my exam in a centre with personvue can i change it to online exam with personvue also ... due a situation its hard and difficult to go to the center in person???!!

Hope that my questions gets your attentions and that i get an answer ASAP because its so important :)
