ADD (LOGIN_CHANGE_PASSWORD_GROUP);

-- Enables the audit.ALTER SERVER AUDIT HIPAA_Audit WITH (STATE = ON); GO--

Server Audit log can only be binary file, The Windows Application log, or the Windows Security log.
