What is minimum permission needed to add domains from exchange server to 0365

What is minimum permission needed to add exchange server domain to 0365 side?
I am an exchange admin and i can not see any option to add dmain on o365 page?

    By default only Global admins can add domains, but you can also use the "Domain Name Administrator" role as detailed in the official documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/setup/add-domain?view=o365-worldwide

    Exchange online is a part of Office 365. So, this is normal that Exchange online admin cannot use some of Office 365 functions.

    As pointed in the article that michev provided, you must be a Domain Name Administrator or Global Administrator for using this function.
