Retrieve my MCPDEA & MCTS certificate - not available on my certification dashboard

Hi,
I was MCPDEA certified back in 2008 and would like to retrieve my certification and badges. I am not able to find them in the certification dashboard.

Can you please help? Please let me know for any specific details required.
