I have been trying to change our payment method and cannot get signed in. I receive an email that the amount is past due and then when I try to log in it says that it is not a valid account. I have tried to make an actual phone call and get directed to the website. I have responded to the emails about the delinquent invoice and still do not get a response.

    It will not let me log in. Is it possible for me to speak with someone directly to resolve this issue. I have been trying to make contact since the beginning of September.
