received AS2 encrypted message saved to file , How to decrypt?

While receiving AS2 inbound messages, SQL connection issue occurred and the messages got suspended with "not resumable" state.
I have saved those messages to folder, but it is in encrypted format.
Is there a way to get those messages decrypted ?
(OR)
They are still in admin console, is there a way to pull those messages into file folder with decrypted format?
