Hello, I am working on providing Guest Access with an external vendor on a project and I wanted to create a channel that only the vendor and project team can access without the ability to access other channels including the General channel. Is this possible?

Hi @Lisa Bolds 1) You can set up a private channel and only include project team members + guests in this private channel. 2) Unfortunately, to grant a guest access to a team they will need to inherit the access to the General channel. (As you will add them to the team, and then manually add permissions to the private channel). If you have other private channels, the guests will not be able to see those. Thank you for your response. Is there a to lock an entire folder to those who currently have access without having to lock each document within the folder as part of the vendor guest access?

Thank Dillon but I think I may have answered my question. I will create a new team just to work with the vendor and I will not need to edit any of my other channels. I think this will solve the problem. Thoughts?
