Licensing Windows 10 under Hyper-V

Hi. I have a valid windows 7 pro license. If I install it under Hyper-V 2022 Datacenter, and then upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, am I ok about licensing? I am using a previous license that was bought for windows 7 pro and did an upgrade to windows 10, as if I was using a physical computer. Does this thinking applies to hyper-v?
