Office 365 for techer, Staff, and faculty vs Microsoft 365 for faculty

Hi, I have a customer looking for Office 365 A3 & A5 plan. I would like to know the feature difference between the license "Office 365 A3/A5 for teacher, staff, and faculty" on the website and the license "Microsoft 365 A3/A5 for faculty" available for partners to resell.

The big difference that I see is Power BI and mailbox support + storage.
