unplanned restart server 2012 r2 datacenter

Hi dears,

From the last week onwards my server has few unplanned restarts happening. The server model is fujitsu primargy rx 2540 m1. O.S updated. driver updated and bios updated recently no third-party software or device installed. Still issue persists. in the eventy viewer error code 41 showing and following error details are got from the server irmc login

    Thank you for your response and confirm that when the server going to restart one blue screen appear. " Your PC ran in to a problem....If you 'd like to know more, you can search online later for this error: NMI_HARDWARE_FAILURE ". no hardware issue in the front Panel and but CSS led blinking it's because Fan No : 5 amber light is ON. Remain four fans working fine, voltage and temparature are control. Also RAM components and CPU status both are fine as per server irmc details and server not restart in regular interval of time some time it works more than 48 hrs with out any issue. two hyper v machine running on this server. How to get the root cause of this issue with the given details ? Is it server hardware failure or OS issue ? pls help

    Thank you so much for your valuable response

    From the last 10 days my server didn't show up this issue. So i think it was happened because of driver software problem. I installed again few category software to this server like chipset, usb, display..etc. After that till today server not show up this error.
