Customize email notifications from Microsoft Forms

I created a Form in Microsoft Forms for an internal survey.

”I created it with a regular Form, not a Group Form."

In the Form options, I have turned on "Get Email notification of each response", but the notification email only goes to me, the owner of the Form.

I would like to do this,

  1. I want to send a notification email from Forms to all group members.
  2. I want to customize the content of the notification email sent to me.

Can I do these with the default functions of Forms?

If anyone knows, please let me know.

    Hi @Kobaton ,

To achieve advance notifications for MS Form actions, I recommend you using Power Automate. Power Automate already contains templates on sending custom emails when a new answer is provided to a Form, and you can easily change them to achieve your goal:

"Send an email to responder when response submitted in Microsoft Forms"

    I hope this helps you!
