Locked out of MFA: Endless loop

Hello, I contacted the microsoft community support and they sent me here. Here is my issue.

I can't seem to login in to my multi-factor authentication (MFA) for my school account. Every time I try, it asks me to approve the request. But as I'm not logged in, I don't receive a request. The alternative methods don't help either. The "Use a verification code" just refers back to the app, which doesn't help, and the "Text +XX XXX..." is not my phone number. So I'm essentially unable to login and there is no way for me to change my information. Please HELP.

I generated this troubleshooting info:

Request Id: a51c242e-b44c-40df-8871-e908e5340f00

Correlation Id: ed4d00b9-77e8-4afa-9cfa-c8ba4074284f

Timestamp: 2022-10-03T15:15:03.780Z

Also, I don't have access to be able to Enable/Disable MFA for per user account

    Hi Nikola,

In this case you will have to contact your heldesk or support desk to reset your MFA and it has to be admin access, howto-mfa-userdevicesettings

    Hope this helps.
