Word, Field F11 next field didn't work

hello all

we change from Office 2013 to Office 2022 and F11 didnt work if fieldfunction is off?

    You may need to combine it with an Fn key. See https://www.addbalance.com/word/functionkeys.htm#hijackedFnKeys.

    What version of Word did you use? Please go to File- Account and provide the detail information as shown in the following picture:

    Which type of fields is this? Note that if you need fields as placeholders, use MACROBUTTON fields (which won't actually run a macro if you specify a fake macro name).

    Simply adding a blank field, { }, as a placeholder may not be reliable (even if you have used that approach with older versions of Word).
