Can the customer use a VPN to access the database?
You can add the VPNs IP range if your organization has one, it will make the connection secure and remove the need of adding the IPs multiple times

Hello,
we've setup a Flexible Azure Database for MySQL-Server for a customer and try to configure the automatically configured firewall.
The problem here is that the customer has only a dynamic ip-adress - is it possible to use a dns name in THIS firewall? Or can we only use the unsecure way
and enable an adress range?
It would be the easiest way for the customer to setup a dyndns - configuration, e.g.
