The polygon shapes are not mapped properly, if the country names are given as ISO code such as IND,FRA, Is there any enitityType available for the ISO codes in Bing map?

I observe the same problem in Bing through PowerBI. SLV, El Salvador is mapping to Germany...

The 'CountryRegion' entity type is working fine for country names but its not working properly with ISO codes. i.e., I gave FRA and IND country codes to spatialdataservice, and the resultant polygons are fetching as US and Germany.
Here I'm requesting for the entitytypes for country ISO codes, not for country names.
The spatial data services does not take in structured addresses, only free form queries or coordinates. When text is provided the spatial data services geocodes it and takes the first result. It's highly possible that it is geocoding your input to something other than what you are expecting. To increase accuracy, geocode your text using the structured geocoder so you can specify the country region parameter, then pass the coordinates into the spatial data services.

I can confirm @rbrundritt assertion is true. It seems the Spatial Data Service query sees "IN" and "IND" as Indiana and returns the US polygon. For now, in SDS, you will need to use the full country name to get the correct context.
The location API does support countryRegion as an ISOCode as documented here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/bingmaps/rest-services/locations/find-a-location-by-address so if you wish to use ISO codes you could do two calls. First call the locations API with the Strict Match and use the returned country name or Lat/long to call SDS.
