Even though I repeatedly indicate a contact is not junk mail….it still ends up in the junk box!
Even though I repeatedly report certain emails as junk (it takes FIVE steps for each email)…..it still ends up in my inbox
WHAT is going wrong?

    Are you using Outlook desktop client?

    If so, i will provide the following methods for your references:

    Even though I repeatedly indicate a contact is not junk mail….it still ends up in the junk box!

    Please add the contact to the Safe Senders(Click Home > Delete group > Junk > Junk E-mail Options>Safe Senders>Add), so that email addresses and domain names in the Safe Senders List are never treated as junk email, regardless of the content of the message. More information:
    Add recipients of my email messages to the Safe Senders List.

    Did you report the email as Junk by clicking the below option? If so, as i know, after clicking it, email will be moved to Junk email folder immediately. If not, please tell us how did you report it as Junk.
