Where to put my suffix name (Jr) for microsoft certification profile

Hello,

Good day, I'm trying to register in Microsoft Certification Profile. But I'm worried on where to put my suffix name. There is only input box for first name, middle initial and last name. but no input box for suffix name (Jr). Hopping that you can guide me to continue with my registration.
