Sharepoint in GxP environment as repository

customer asks us if it is possible to use sharepoint as a repository in a GxP environment.

In many articles I have read it is said that sharepoint, if it is to be used in the GxP environment must be validated.

Is this correct?

The sharepoint to be used in the GxP environment must ALWAYS be validated?

Sharepoint validation, what does it consist of?

If I purchase the microsoft azure package, is my sharepoint automatically validated or do I have to do other types of validation?

A group of Microsoft Products and technologies used for sharing and managing content, knowledge, and applications.

    Hi @Cecilia carvoli ,
Regarding GxP, unfortunately, I currently have no way to simulate the GxP environment for testing. So I found an article for your reference.

As for whether to verify every time you enter SharePoint, theoretically yes. However, if you use the method of Anyone with the link to share, the sharer does not need to log in every time, but the content that the sharer can see is only the content pointed to by the link.
