DKE label published and (sometimes) visible but unusable

Hi,

I have implemented DKE in the context of a PoC for a client.

The DKE label is visible in outlook but no other Office 365 correctly display the label.

In Outlook, when I select the label to encrypt an email, I receive the following automated email :
