Skype for Business: How can I sort a meeting's participiant list by family name, first name?

One of my colleagues has his meetings' parcipiant list is sorted by firstName familyName. On all our others' machines, however, the participiant list is sorted by familyName, firstName.

When we're performing our daily stand-up meeting, this is confusing for this one colleague of mine.

How can we change how participiants are sorted in Skype for Business?
