She can sign in on the Teams Web Client with no issue.

We tried the following to troubleshoot but it it didn't work:

  1. cleared folders that are used for Teams install;
  2. reinstalled multiple times from official source;
  3. cleared Registry entries and still the same.

    Hi @IBN

    1) I had this happen to me quite recently. Try going down to the bottom right (systray), right click Teams and click Sign Out

    2) Restart the device (Windows).

    3) See if the sign-in page is presented to your client and have them login.

    This seems to fix my issue, but may not for you.

    Hi,

    To add to what DillonJS has suggested I will login with another account on that affected PC to intiate the login process and test whether other user can login, if the user can login you can try logging out with the user and try the previous user that had issues.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi @IBN

    In this case, the above method can be tried. If the problem persists, you could try the following methods to fix the sign-in problem.
    1.Windows offer an option to repair the apps.

    • Open Windows 10 Settings app.
    • Navigate to Apps > Apps & features and select Microsoft Teams from the menu.
    • Click on the app and go to the Advanced options. From the following menu, find the Repair option under the Reset menu.
    • Select Repair and let Windows handle the issue in the background.

    2.You could contact the administrator to run the Teams Sign-in diagnostic.

    3.Follow the steps provided in the article to fix it manually.
