Only if you have a windows 10 Enterprise E3/E5 per user license on your PC (or some others from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/windows/windows-desktop-multitenant-hosting-deployment#license-entitlement ) . Otherwise you cannot use your local license to also install it on a VM.

unfortunately you can not.

You can create a VM using windows server, where you can 'rent' the license per hour the VM is switched on. Or you can use a Windows365 cloud PC (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-365)

I've coming up to this. So If I have windows 11 E3 license, but don't have microsoft 365 E3. Can I still deploy windows 11 pro on azure vm ?
