MS Authenticator crashes when try to change password for Outlook or OneDrive for Business on iPad Pro
I changed my password on MS Office 365. In my Outlook app on my iPad Pro, I was prompted to sign in again, as expected. When I click to request to sign in, the Outlook app launches MS Authenticator as expected. However, MS Authenticator then crashes. The result is I am unable to re-sign on to my Outlook app.
This problem is isolated to this one device (iPad Pro). My iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 6S, and iPad Air 2 did not have any problem signing in again.
The same problem occurs (launching MS Authenticator which subsequently crashes) when re-signing on to OneDrive for Business for the same device and has no problems on the other devices.
I have deleted the MS Authenticator app and set it up again. I have rebooted the iPad Pro several times.
