Problem with download offline package of Company Portal - Microsoft Store for Business

Hi, i want to download offline installer for Company Portal from Microsoft Store for Business.
But when i press button download the store moves me to page with bad certificate.
with info:
and the certificate isn't good:
where i should give info about this? it is right place?

I am in charge of Office General while this question is related with Windows 11. I have already added Windows 11 tag to it.

2022-10-07T09:04:09.38+00:00 in my opinion i don't see relation with windows 11 but if it will help - then why not.
@Charles Qi_MSFT it is a problem with Microsoft infrastructure, the certficate mounted to site is not good.
Could you inform about this problem to proper team in Microsoft?
