When users try to register a device in Azure AD, the following message appears:
Server error code: 8018005
Correlation ID: Not available
Zeitstempel: 2022-10-05T0951:39Z
Server Message: Not available

FYI: Our devices are only in the cloud and managed by Intune. So are not joind in Domin.

Are you aware of this problem?

On the Internet I found only one page where it is written that the problem has to do with computer name prefix. But this is only for Domin connected devices.

We use Azure AD Only (So no Hybrid Joind).
in Azure AD connect also no setting for devices (Device Ritghback etc.) was set up.

Thank you in advance

@Nima Alinezhad Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

Honestly, I haven't met this issue before. Let's do some check.

    1. Please check if there is any "Enrollment failures" showing in intune portal.
      https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/help-desk-operators#enrollment-failure-reference
    2. If possible, please show the settings of this enrollment profile.
    3. It is suggested to press "Shift + F10" to launch the command prompt and refer to the following article to open event viewer to check if there is any error message in “Application and Services Logs –> Microsoft –> Windows –> Provisioning-Diagnostics-Provider –> AutoPilot"
      https://www.anoopcnair.com/windows-autopilot-troubleshooting-guide/
Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.
