Honestly, I haven't met this issue before. Let's do some check.
- Please check if there is any "Enrollment failures" showing in intune portal.

- It is suggested to press "Shift + F10" to launch the command prompt and refer to the following article to open event viewer to check if there is any error message in “Application and Services Logs –> Microsoft –> Windows –> Provisioning-Diagnostics-Provider –> AutoPilot"
