A user reported that meeting request is not created in her calendar for a meeting requested for a ROOM1( for which she is booking delegate), according to her she must two meetings appearing in two calendars i.e. one in her calendar and one in ROOM1 calendar. (which was working few days back)
User is also booking delegate for another Room2 mailbox, after she approves the request a meeting request is added to ROOM2 mailbox and also same is added to her user mailbox Calendar ?
Question :
is this a normal behaviors of ROOM booking to receive 2 meeting requests ? is meetings request also added to delegates calendar as well.
can anyone help me to resolve this.

It is not a normal behavior. It is needed to confirm that when the user occurred the issue , did she also as a organizer or a participant of the meetings? Did the issue only occur to that booking delegate user, other booking delegate users did not occur this issue?

Thanks, of the reply. I will just explain the scenario below for better understanding.
User A and B both are booking delegates for ROOM1 and ROOM2
Problem: both the user complained that they stopped getting meeting request in the personal calendar whenever someone books the room for ROOM1 ,for which they used to receive the meeting in their calendar earlier .
But this is vice versa when someone books room for ROOM2 they receive 1 email for approval as usual and they approve it. then one meeting is created in ROOM2 calendar and same is created in their respective calendars. (i have checked this myself )
Troubleshooting: I re recreated the scene by creating TESTROOM and added myself booking delegate to that room, booked room from some other mailbox, i received one mail for approval and meeting added in TESTROOM calendar but no meeting added into my calendar.
Summary: i still want to know that is it default behavior of room booking??? if so why it was not true in my testing case.
if it’s not default then how those two users receive two meetings i.e one in ROOM calendar and another in personal Calendar.
I need expert opinion on this as I do not have much Exchange server Administration expertise. kindly help.

Unless she's the organizer or participant in the meeting, approving a request should not result in a copy being created in her own calendar. Is she perhaps referring to the behavior corresponding to the ForwardRequestsToDelegates flag?

all the mailboxes are hosted on on-prem exchange server 2016. ForwardRequestsToDelegates flag is set to $True for both the
Room mailboxes. anything else that i need to check, please do let me know.
