How can I reset Network Share Password in Windows 11

I have just updated my PC to Windows11 22H2 (from 22H1) and could no longer connect to the network shares on this PC from other PCs on the LAN (all running Windows 10 pro) - the user credentials (I thought were correct) were no longer accepted. All devices are on Private Network.

As a short-term fix I have set password-protected sharing to OFF, however I would prefer to have it enabled.

I understand that the default username/password combination would be my login credentials, however I have set my MS account and the machine up for password-less login, so there is no password to reset.

Is there a way to just set the password that applies to Network Shares?

[in theory I could go to my MS account, re-enable password sharing, reset the account password, re-enable password-protected sharing, check that this works, then go back to password-less login BUT there has to be a better way??][

    Open Control Panel

    User Accounts

    Move to Credential Manager

    Manage Windows Credentials

    Click one of the entries in the list and expand it, you can then click the Remove option to clear it.

    ===============================

    Press Win+R keys

    In the Run menu type:

    rundll32.exe keymgr.dll, KRShowKeyMgr and hit the Enter key

    You’ll see the Stored Usernames and Passwords window. To remove a saved network credential you can select one of the entries and click Remove.

    As I understand it both of these methods allow me to edit / or remove passwords that allow my Windows 11 PC to connect to a different device /website - what I am looking to do is remove or edit the password that allow other devices to connect to this Windows 11 PC
