COULD NOT FIND MY APPLIED AZ-900 CERTIFICATE DETAILS IN CERTIFICATE DASHBOARD

Question

I applied for AZ-900 certification exam. Another Microsoft account created with the same details as I already used by mistake. I could not find my any certification details that I already schedule my exam. Could you please help me to sort out this issue
