UEFI - Tool for viewing secure boot keys

HI,

1) Can I view the PK, KEK, DB, DBX keys and databases? Does MSFT provide any tool commandline/powershell etc?

2) I found a tool in the powershell gallery - https://oofhours.com/2019/10/05/working-with-uefi-variables-from-powershell/. Is this safe to install?
