Com Error in QuickBooks when accessing via Remote Desktop

I have been successfully accessing QuickBooks on my server via Microsoft Remote Desktop for 10+ years. I'm running QuickBooks Pro 2020 and Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Standard. Within the last month, I started getting a Com Error when logging into QB. Intuit tech support, after 3.5 hours, "determined" the issue is with Microsoft Remote Desktop. Microsoft sent me here. Any ideas?
